A Minnesota man was arrested over the weekend after he allegedly tried to offer cocaine to employees outside of a Bismarck business.
Two Scott County parolees who were arrested by Davenport police in March for trafficking in crack cocaine have pleaded guilty to their charges and have been sentenced to prison.
