The City Council next week will take up a plan for 60-plus townhomes on a trio of Columbus Park lots where a previous "urban village" proposal stalled out years ago.

Kansas City’s Berkley Riverfront Park will connect to Columbus Park, fixing a dangerous railroad crossing. The project is backed by a $2M federal grant.
