The Justice department petitioned the court last week to release those typically closely held records of the testimony of witnesses who appeared before the grand jury.

The Justice Department has asked Jeffrey Epstein associate Ghislane Maxwell if she would be willing to speak with U.S. prosecutors, and Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche said on Tuesday he expected to meet with her in the coming days.
