At 4:07 p.m. on Monday, the National Weather Service issued an updated flood warning valid from Tuesday 7 a.m. until Wednesday 1 a.m. for Clackamas and Multnomah counties.

On Tuesday at 8:15 a.m. an updated flood warning was issued by the NWS Pendleton OR valid from 10 a.m. until Friday 2:19 p.m. for Kittitas County.
