The surprise for the Jaguars--beyond the obvious trade up for Travis Hunter--was that GM James Gladstone chose not to address the defensive line, although Jalen McLeod has pass rush abilities, which everyone thought was a top priority, but that showcases his belief in the group they already have on the roster.

According to Aaron Wilson, the Jaguars signed Minnesota defensive end Danny Striggow for $254,000. Among all undrafted rookies, this was the 12th most. Benjamin Chukwuma, now of the Buccaneers, had the largest deal at $300,000.

The Jaguars completed their first draft under the new regime. The haul included versatility, leadership, quality, experience and Travis Hunter.
