Two StudioCanal executives spoke at the Brand Licensing Europe convention in London about "Turning a heritage brand into a global phenomenon."

One of the greatest recent film franchises is without a doubt the Paddington flicks. This rejuvenation of the iconic, marmalade-loving bear has already spawned two brilliant films and in November a third will arrive.

The Paddington franchise will continue beyond the release of the third film later this year with a fourth film and TV Series.

Paddington' filmmakers Studiocanal is working on making a fourth film in the franchise and a TV series ahead of the character's 70th anniversary.
