A Rhode Island man is under arrest after police said he body slammed a woman in a case of road rage in Massachusetts Friday morning.

A Pawtucket man who allegedly body slammed a woman head-first into the pavement following a minor accident at a busy South Attleboro intersection is free on bail.

The victim was transported to the hospital with a broken knee, a broken foot, a significant injury to her eye socket, and a very serious injury to her skull.

Hailea Soares, a single mother of two, was driving along when a minor fender-bender led to a violent road rage encounter with a deranged nut.
