A high-speed pursuit from Bend to Sunriver on Tuesday morning led to the arrest of 40-year-old Matthew Hammer.

The retired Providence Muncipal Court chief judge was known beyond Rhode Island for his "Caught in Providence" series filmed in his courtroom.
