DETROIT, MI (WXYZ) — A toddler is recovering after being struck by a stray bullet outside his home in the area of Marion and Fischer on Detroit's east side.

A female student of Bimbilla SHS, identified as Abukar Fatimata has been killed during fire festival procession within the Nanumba North Municipality of the Northern Region.
