Lt. Governor Tony Venhuizen. Tony Venhuizen is a lifelong South Dakotan. He serves as the 40th Lieutenant Governor of South Dakota. An Armour native, Venhuizen earned his bachelor’s degree in political science and history from South Dakota State University in 2005 and his juris doctorate from the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law in 2008.

Sheri Arnold serves as Constituent Services Representative in the Governor’s office, focusing on Executive Proclamations. Prior to her current role, she was proud to be a part of the Noem/Rhoden 2022 re-election campaign. A native of Colorado, she has made South Dakota home for the past 26 years.

Marcia Hultman serves as the Secretary of the South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation (DLR). Marcia was first appointed by Governor Dennis Daugaard in 2014 and reappointed by Governor Kristi Noem in 2019. Prior to this, Marcia had served in a variety of leadership roles with DLR for seventeen years.
