Beloved Alaskan surgeon, Dr. Eric Garcia, was tragically murdered in March 2017. In Ketchikan, Alaska, Garcia’s legacy lives on through a memorial tree planted at the hospital where he worked. During a heartfelt ceremony, family and friends laid stones around the tree, each representing qualities that defined him.
