This rescue pet’s luck has finally turned around. 🍀 We first found Cow tied to a fence outside our shelter. He didn’t have a microchip, so tracking down his owners was going to be a difficult task. After some time in our care, our staff discovered online that Cow had a family, and he had been stolen from them months ago.
