Training for my first 5k race as a mom of 3 has started and my coach has me doing 800 repeats whatever that is… no but when he said I had to do .5 miles at 9 something pace I almost choked 😮‍💨 but we putting in the work! Ava ran the warm up paces with me then went home when I had to pick up pace Ps: shout out for having a man that pushes you to be better while also inspiring you to be better as my kids only deserve the best version of me and running has made me so much more calmer and relaxed
