TAHDIG 🔥 Persischer Reis mit knusprigem Tahdig! Die Zubereitung benötigt etwas Zeit und Liebe. Dafür ist das Ergebnis so unglaublich cool und lecker! Der Reis wird zuerst wie Pasta al dente gekocht und dann nur noch gedämpft. Der Duft von hochwertigem Basmatireis (bitte vom Orientmarkt holen), (veganer) Butter und Saffran ist einfach so so lecker! Ihr müsst es ausprobieren! Rezept - ca 4-6 Portionen 400g Basmatireis waschen bis das Wasser relativ klar ist 2 TL Salz zum einweichen 2-3 TL Salz zu
