Confession. Chest was a difficult body part to train when I first started out. I always had difficulty feeling my chest work. So I found a way to engage it. What I didn’t show in this video is that I often pre-load my chest with a single arm cable fly prior to starting my heavy loaded chest exercises. Progress update…Surpassed my last lift of 36 Kg (80 lb) DB’s for 7 reps to getting 40 kg (88 lb) DB’s for 6 reps.
