Simple BBQ ribs 🔥 Ingredients: - full rack of pork ribs (mine is from @magnessfarms) Rub: - 2 tbsp smoked paprika - 1 tbsp garlic powder - 1 tbsp onion powder - 1 tbsp brown sugar - salt & pepper to taste BBQ sauce - 200g ketchup - 2 tbsp brown sugar - 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp of your rub Method: - Thoroughly rub your seasoning mix all over your ribs - Wrap in tinfoil and oven bake at 150-160 degrees C for 2-3 hours (don’t stress too much) - Make your bbq
