Last but not least, we are grateful to have Dr. Sharmini Julita Paramasivam from the University of Surrey and Animal Neighbours Project to talk about Human-Wildlife Conflict (HWC) at the State of Nature Conservation in Malaysia 2025 Symposium. She looks at HWC as wildlife responding to the environmental changes caused by human activities, the effects of HWC on both parties, and what needs to be done to minimise such occurrences from happening again in the future.
