Lapwings are becoming an increasingly rare sight across the UK, but on managed grouse moors, they are bucking the trend. ️📈 Thanks to skilled gamekeeper protection from generalist predators and careful habitat maintenance these evocative waders are flourishing. Survey data confirms that our estates are producing enough chicks to keep local populations stable and healthy. It is wonderful to see them doing so well. We’ll let the footage speak for itself!
