Guard the Cone was delivered at the FIFA Talent Academy in Anguilla to develop strong defensive posture, blocking skills, and smart body positioning — treating the cone as the “ball” to protect. Organisation 🟡 Set up a cone for each group and mark a small working area around it. 🟡 Create groups of three: one defender (guard) and two attackers. 🟡 The defender starts directly in front of the cone, facing the attackers. 🟡 The attackers start 1–2 metres away, ready to move on the coach’s signal.
