If you tear the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), posterior cruciate ligament (PCL), medial collateral ligament (MCL), lateral collateral ligament (LCL) in your knee, you may need to have reconstructive surgery. Normally, therapy begins between 7 to 14 days following your surgery.
