If you avoid camel pose try this alternative! A personal favourite of mine! If you feel nauseous in camel pose it can be to do with the fluid in your inner ear and/or your blood pressure. It’s a very common compliant and easily modified. If a pose doesn’t feel right for you it’s important to listen to your body and modify as necessary 🙏 would you like to see modifications?
