Hot Cross Buns.. It’s not Easter without a hot cross bun! I put a wee twist on the recipe from the book and they went down a treat 🤤 I wanted to show that any recipe can be versatile with this one.. If you don’t like sultanas you can always use different dried fruit or get a wee chocolate hit with the chocolate chips 🙌🏼 I’ve even seen them with fudge pieces!
