BREAKFAST BURRITOS Makes ~44 burritos Ingredients: *44 tortilla land uncooked tortillas *44 eggs, scrambled and seasoned to taste with salt and pepper *3 pounds sausage (I used jimmy dean “regular”) *20 oz. grated cheese, (I used “chihuahua” brand that I get from Costco) DIRECTIONS: 1. Cook sausage in a large skillet. Set aside. 2. Cook tortillas 3. Scramble the eggs, slightly undercook. (They will get frozen and warmed again- by the time you eat them they will be fully cooked!) season to taste.
