Stopping exercises too early increases the risk of the pain or injury coming back — especially when returning to sport like football. 1 year of pain GONE in seconds!! 🤨 These videos piss me off most of all because most of my patients have chronic pain, and most of them have been sold some fantastic “miracle cure” like this at one point or another. Can’t say I blame them either - I’d try anything if I was struggling for years. But we have plenty of data on our interventions for chronic pain, and guess what? None of them are miracle cures.
