My reaction when a foid grabs my son (fishing rod) while we're out eating (fishing)

No water, no snacks, no food. Nothing but curdled milk everyday. As assumed, Jr highly likely has trouble ingesting foods but yet she has not gotten an alternative way for him to actually eat. No medical care. No g tube, just letting a nearly 3 year old child miss out on meals because giving him necessities for his special needs reflects “bad” on her in her eyes since she is clearly the direct cause.
