Australian motorcycle legend Ken Kavanagh, passed away on Tuesday at the age of 96. Ken began his career as a factory Norton rider in 1952, becoming the first Australian to win a world championship 500cc Grand Prix with victory at the 1953 Ulster GP, finishing fourth overall in that year’s 500cc championship.
